Our review
Orbit Arcadia is a simple, very relaxed game, perfect for a quick round. No big commitment, nothing very deep. It is more of a skill game, all about timing and dexterity.
Playing with two is easy: you just pass the device. You can play together or against each other, and there is no controller to hook up. The touch controls are easy to understand, so you can get started right away.
It is way trickier than it first looks, though, so you definitely have to get into it. That makes it challenging, but not frustrating.
On an iPad you play the phone version, so it is not made for the iPad. It really does not need to be, though. It plays just as well on the bigger screen and keeps the gameplay simple.
I would not call it a great fit for co-op. If you are just chilling next to each other, you can pass the device back and forth. But there are definitely better games on our list for truly collaborative play. As a game for one player, I do recommend it.
