Worth knowing
Free to start, the rest of the game is paid. In co-op player two can only inspect things, player one does all the talking and acting. We hit a few bugs and got stuck in the first sequence.
Our review
I have to admit I was biased from the start: I really did not like the art style. In the game I also did not like how the characters move. It feels stiff, and moving them was a bit buggy.
Co-op did not work perfectly for us. Both players can inspect things, but only player one speaks and actually does stuff, so player two is basically a ghost that just inspects. Sometimes one of us would inspect something and get stuck there while the other was trying to do something. In the first sequence alone we hit quite a few bugs and got a little stuck here and there.
I also did not like the dialogues. I like edgy, cynical characters, and they just were not here. For me it felt a bit flat.
To be fair, I did not give it much of a chance, mostly because of the art style and the co-op. There might be more depth if you play longer, and I can see the creative input. It is not a bad game, but for me, and especially in co-op, it is a 6.
